So, since I am basically not very active at the moment, having tumbled while doing brush clearance – going for a cat scan in a few days to check for torn ligaments etc, I thought, “Hey, let me check the sites I use for updates” and sure enough, there’s a new voice cloning feature that takes your existing voice and replaces it in your song with corrected notes and much better phrasing. I was curious – thinking, this could be good, as I am a fair singer but nothing to shout about.

YES! It was amazing. Cloning my voice was simple. I tried a few songs to make sure and got a few friends to listen and compare. The verdict is in. It was close enough.
So now, I can decide on replacing vocal tracks or keeping them. Yup, there will be some vocals I’m keeping. they sound better. In this song, the clone sounds amazing.
